Three times Pratic. Three times GEZA. The second extension of the production facility of Pratic, a leader in open-air culture, marks a further step in a partnership of more than 15 years, resulting in a project that embraces the existing. These spaces are intrinsically productive, but no less involved in the narrative coherence that was intended to be maintained. Pratic 3.0 dematerialises, designed to be ‘lost’ in the air, blending naturally and elegantly into the surrounding landscape.
In 2018, Pratic 2.0 introduced an environmentally friendly and sustainability-oriented coating plant. Today, Pratic 3.0 marks a new chapter with 7,500 square metres of new production space and a state-of-the-art plant with 4.0 technology, equipped with an automated system for intelligent raw material management.
The advanced warehouse can accommodate up to 4,600 aluminium profiles, efficiently managing every step from material allocation to production, reordering and handling. This infrastructure is not just a logistical evolution, but a step towards a more connected future, where digitisation allows real time monitoring of stocks and responding accurately and quickly to market needs.
